Vans Land Hardscaping started with one goal: give Utah homeowners and contractors a crew that actually does what it says, prep the space, bring in the right material, and install it so it lasts.

Who We Are

Hardscaping installs first, delivery when that's all you need

We're a locally owned hardscaping crew serving the Wasatch Front. Tell us what you're picturing, a stone patio, a rock bed, a flagstone path, and we'll take it from the first shovel to the finished install. We don't run our own yard, so what you order is what actually gets sourced for your job, not whatever happened to already be sitting in a pile.

Just need material delivered with no install? We handle that too, sourcing rock, gravel, sand, and soil from trusted local suppliers and delivering it straight to your site.

From first text to finished job

2. We prep & source the right material

We prep the area and bring in whatever the job calls for, stone, rock, gravel, or flagstone, sourced and delivered.

3. We tamp, spread, and finish it

Installed on-site so it holds up long term. Just need material delivered with no install? We do that too.
